This is an awfully sturdy basketball set. The ball is small enough for a toddler to choose out up and palm. The plastic that the ring is made from may be very strong. I introduced some sand bags to the base to maintain it in position. But the down facet of this hoop is that there are a number of latches to lift the hoop better however it in point of fact handiest lifts about 6" greater than the first latch. This hoop is ok for our 18 month old. It's no longer Little Tykes high quality, but it positively's inexpensive too. It required easy meeting (using best a philips screwdriver). I'm no longer positive how it'll grasp up in the end, but for an indoor hoop for a small one, it should be simply fine.

The hoop itself was excellent, but the ball was once junk. It was no longer a spherical ball and failed to play neatly.
