While the product description says it fits a lengthy time 4 - 6 ... it is too small for my 6-year old - normal-sized for his age. It fits our 3-year old much better and I would recommend that the outline be changed to match a fourT child.
Having mentioned that, the cape is superb and although it can be small on the 6-year previous, both boys love enjoying with it.

Bought this for my four 1/2 yr outdated niece and it fit her excellent. She is somewhat tall for her age but it ws just the appropriate size at the tail, no dragging method in the back of her.

My eight, YES, 8 yr previous son loves this. I sold it for a skit for a talent exhibit. It arrived in a day and a half!!! Record speed!! I'm a Prime member. He wants to wear it at all times and he even wants to sleep with it. It's a chunk small for him, however he wanted to be King Koopa from the Mario Brothers and this was the best thing I may in finding with no need to make one.
