We bought this bouncer for our boys for Christmas. The three 12 months old used to be so excited he could hardly include himself. We inflated it consistent with directions on Tuesday. By the following Monday it used to be flat. Our three yr previous is only 31 kilos and hellos brother, 15 months, is most effective 20 kilos. No different kids have been in the bouncy. They did not wear sneakers or deliver any toys within the bouncer. We refilled it and tried to patch the opening. The gap is on a seam so my engineer husband believes it is negative workmanship that brought about the gap not an external factor. I have tried contacting Intex twice over a 2 week duration however have not acquired a reply despite their website promising a reply within 2 industry days. I didn't are expecting this toy to remaining for yrs, however I did expect it to closing for multiple week.

The Intex Recreation Jump O Lene Castle Bouncer is defective, might not use it, it will now not keep inflated. Found rip in the seam of the fort.

My 2 yr loves this however unfortunately is began having holes in the seam after 2 weeks. She is simply not rough with it. After four weeks, it bought more holes in a unique seam.
